CVS, Longs shareholder differ on antitrust issues

CHICAGO (Reuters) - CVS Caremark Corp said on Friday a review of a possible sale of Longs Drug Stores Corp to Walgreen Co that found few antitrust concerns was flawed, inaccurate, erroneous and incomplete.  (More)
